Sania Mirza and Vidya Balan are history, Shahid Kapur is now after Priyanka Chopra
Fans of Shahid Kapur are still a little confused over who is his lover, names such as Tennis babe Sania Mirza and fellow actress Vidya Balan have been mentioned, but did you know that Priyanka Chopra has also become smitten with the baby face actor?
The two have been shooting for Vishal Bhardwaj’s Kaminay during which they have bonded. A source close to Shahid says, “Shahid and Priyanka have been getting close ever since Shahid distanced himself from Sania a month ago.”
What might amaze you is that Shahid has been fond of Priyanka ever since he laid eyes on her, a good few years ago. Says the source, “Right now they are very fond of each other. There’s nothing else to it. They are both feeling vulnerable. Things are cooling off between Shahid and Sania and Priyanka and Harman are fighting and arguing ever since the release of Love Story 2050. When Harman went to Jaipur to shoot for Victory, Priyanka joined Shahid in Pune to shoot for Kaminay. And a new friendship is emerging on the sets.”
An insider says, “Recently, both were spotted at the premiere of Tahaan because both are close to Mubeena Rattonsey, the executive producer of the film. They became closer because of this common friend. Priyanka, Mubeena and Shahid often go out for dinners and hang out together. Shahid and Priyanka even sat together during the screening. Interestingly, they stay in the same apartment complex, Raj Classique at Versova, and have also been spotted travelling together to shoots.”
Shahid’s spokesperson maintains, “He shares a very professional relationship with Priyanka. He’s single and has been going out and meeting new people. But there is no romantic angle to his friendship with Priyanka.”

Hi, Just wanted to say that can you please leave Shahid alone? You should understand that even he is a human being, have sentiments, feelings. Who are we to peek into his life? Well said, Monica. This is from all of Shahid’s fans….please leave him alone. Kareena as done enough damage and now the media does not leave thepoor guy alone. He was never involved with Sania or Vidya, poor guy he just has to talk to a woman and the media goes crazy, so what if he went out for a dinner or lunch with a girl he knows, that doesn’t mean he is in a relationship. We fans are so sick of these stupid news, let Shahid have some peace of mind. All my other friends who are Shahid fans agree with me, we are all sick of media linking him with all these girls. I am sure next they will be linking him with Rani Mukherjee as he is doing a film with her next. Then there will be big news headlines saying” Rani leave Aditya Chopra for Shahid….’ or something like that……LEAVE THE GUY ALONE!!!!
Poor Shahid. He is very single and i am sure he is tired of telling this to the media who refuses to listen. Unfortunately, some idiotic people believe whatever the irresponsible media writes.
Truth is Shahid is very single, and he has said that himself many times but nobody seems to listen to him. He also said if he goes out with anyone, everyone will know about it because he will not go out of his way to hide itt but I guess media has nothing to write so they drag up Shahid’s name everywhere, you gotta feel sorry for the poor boy.
Shahid is not like Kareena, who moves out from one relationship straight into another at a lightening speed. Shahid is a man of integrity and is taking time to get over a long relationship like any normal person who was really in love would do.
