Prachi Desai rocks herself into the Bhatt camp
Talented film maker Mukesh Bhatt has announced that new acting sensation Prachi Desai will work for his family banner.
Mukesh Bhatt says, “Yes, we have signed Prachi for Jashan opposite Adhyayan Suman. She was the choice of the director duo, Hasnain and Raksha, after they saw Rock On!! I met Prachi and liked her. She’s very charming. What I liked most about her is that she’s self-made.” He adds, “Prachi is from Surat and at such a young age, has made a mark for herself. I like such people. In Jashan, Prachi’s character provokes Adhyayan not to conceal his identity. He’s embarrassed and ashamed of his roots. She wants him to be his real self.”
Jashan is a film about inspirations and life journeys. The film will go into production soon and is expected for release in 2009.
