Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan to create Jashan in Dubai
Well it had to happen… brand Saifeena (aka Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor) are about to delve into the business of concerts.
Just like the Bachchans, Saif and Kareena will use their own image to sell and feature in shows and the first of these will be in Dubai. Sharjah is the venue for their first ever solo performance and this is the brainwave of businessmen brothers the Moranis.
Title Jashan 2008, Moranis will script and direct the show which will be held at the Sharjah Stadium. Apart from Saif and Kareena there will be one other star performer, Bachna Ae Haseeno actress Minissha Lamba.
Says Kareena about this, “I am very excited about the show. This is the first time that Saif and I are performing together. I have got a huge fan following in Dubai because of Jab We Met.”
Kareena’s outfits for the show have already been designed by Manish Malhotra. Indian Idol contestants Amit Paul and Ankita will provide the songs.
