The much awaited new series of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ hosted by Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is now only days away, we have the launch date.
The Indian adaptation of ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire’ has regularly been in the news over the past few weeks, since it was announced Shah Rukh Khan will be stepping into the shoes of Amitabh Bachchan as host of the show.
STAR officials confirmed to BizAsia.co.uk that ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ hosted by Shah Rukh Khan will be commencing on Monday 22nd January at 21:00. It will be shown Monday – Thursday.
The primetime schedule of STAR Plus UK will also result in a slight revamp due to ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’. The changes are as follows:
18:00 Karam Apna Apna
18:30 Kumkum
19.00 Kesar
19.30 Viraasat
20.00 Kasautii Zindagi Kay
20.30 Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii
21:00 Kaun Banega Crorepati
In February, STAR Plus will yet again be revamping its schedule with the launch of the new series of ‘Koffee With Karan’, this however will see a change in the weekend. Will the new series’ be as popular as their first series’, we’ll find out in the next few weeks.
