‘Singh Is Kinng’ is an utter joy-ride from the initial reels to the climax. From India to Egypt to Australia, the film grabs your attention fully not letting you yawning even for a minute.

The director Anees Bazmee has a super knack of churning out entertainers. And as a writer too, he shows his dexterity of scribbling down the comic scripts. As a writer-director, he has already won accolades with ‘No Entry’ and ‘Welcome’. He knows how to entertain the Janta who loves masala movies. And he has every ingredient to offer them a delicious food. As a director of ‘Singh Is Kinng’, he has done exceptionally well. On writing front of this movie, he shares the credit with Suresh Nair and both have done brilliant job to make a true wacky project to watch it on screen with utter joys. This is Anees Bazmee’s best work so far in his career.

Tallking on music, Pritam has scored very catchy and hummable tunes, which have become popular already with the listeners. ‘Bhootni Ke’, ‘Jee Karda’ and the title track stand tall out of the rest of the album. Cinematography is the one element, which makes the locales of Punjab, Egypt and Australia a real treat to watch. Ben Nott and Sanjay Gupta deserve distinction marks for their creative job.

Akshay Kumar rules…. he is such a classy actor, Bollywood has produced so far. A real superstar in every sense of the word, he gets you glued to your seats in each and every sequence he acts in. Although you have been watching him time and again in comic films, but you do not get bored and every time the audience wants to see him enacting comedy. That is called a real actor and that is the worth of a star.

Katrina Kaif looks as usual pretty gorgeous and enacts the role with conviction. She rules the Bollywood scene today and that is also due to her classy acting skills and beauty. The couple – Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif is becoming the legendary pair of Bollywood with every coming film. Kirron Kher is great to watch. The legendary star Om Puri is fantastic. Ranvir Shorey displays his acting prowess well. Sonu Sood justifies the character. Javed Jaffri is perfect. The dusky beauty Neha Dhupia too goes well with the role’s demand. Sudhanshu Pandey and Yashpal play brilliant. The rest of the cast fills the bill as well.

In a nutshell, ‘Singh Is Kinng’ is a classy entertainer and undoubtedly the best movie of the year. With an impressive star cast, it fits aptly well to the hype. At the box office, it’s a KING, no film can have the power to stand beside it. A super blockbuster all the way.

  11. Biased review! where was the plot? where was the story? I love no-brainer comedies, but this was plain stupid. The jokes weren’t remotely funny but yes its gonna make a lot of money in the box office initially because that’s what it was made for.
