Rajeev isolates himself from the outside world
TV actor turned Bollywood star Rajeev Khandelwal has decided to go on a much deserved holiday to Ladakh, his favourite destination.
Says Rajeev, “The trip to Leh right after the release of Aamir was too hectic and too short. This time I’m going to really relax. I bought a Tata 207 truck and got it converted into a camp car, which I plan to use whenever I visit Ladakh. The vehicle was sent ahead of me this time and it will remain there permanently at least for the next two years, where my brother is posted. Ladakh and Leh are perfect holiday spots and I feel I have a past life connection with that place.”
Rajeev hopes to isolate himself from the outside world and will not be receiving any calls. He says, “I‘ll be camping in the wilderness of Leh in a tent and have absolutely no connectivity with the world. So even if Steven Spielberg wants to get in touch with me for a role, he’ll just have to wait!”
However, Rajeev will spend some time working as he has taken a couple of scripts that he intends to sign for once he returns… which will be in the first week of August.
