With all the ingredients to make it a rage with the kids… Star One launches Ghost Bana Dost a show about a rich orphan kid, Dabboo aka Adil Baadshah, living under the care of his uncle, Vichittar aka Manoj Joshi and his wife Tejo ji aka Sushmita Mukherjee who ill treat him and are only interested in his money. Dabboo’s only savior is Ni Ke (Niraj Kedarnath) aka Manish Paul – the friendly ghost who helps him in time of need. Produced by Milind Soman’s Face Entertainment, this thrilling and entertaining show will premiere on Tuesday, December 19 at 8.30 p.m. The storyline:
Dabboo is a rich orphan kid living under the care of his uncle Vichittar Singh and his family. According to the will of Dabboo’s father, Vichittar Singh was to be the caretaker of Dabboo and all of his property and business till Dabboo turns 18. And then all the money would go to Dabboo but in the eventuality that Dabboo died before he turned 18, half the money would go to Vichittar Singh and half would go to a trust. Vichittar Singh’s plan is that the day Dabboo turns 18, he will force him to sign the property papers and take over all his fathers money. Vichittar, Tejo ji, Chunni and Cheeku are extra mean to Dabboo and treat him very badly. Dabboo dreads facing Vichittar Singh & starts stammering when he comes face to face with him. He is completely under confident and perpetually nervous
There is some one else who is looking for a friend – and that is Niraj Kedarnath’s ghost, i.e. the Bhoot of Ni. Ke. Ni. Ke. was 28 when he died – an over achiever, a highly envied, successful young man who won the tag of the youngest millionaire of the country at the age of 24. But his life came to an abrupt halt at the age of 28. And then he became a ghost – Bhoot Ni. Ke. Today 8 years have passed since he died and no one can hear him or see him. Ni.
