After the success of the much debated film Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna (KANK), Karan Johar is upbeat on the future endeavors of Dharma Productions. Johar will embark on three films, each belonging to diverse genres.
The first being a remake of his own directorial debut film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. Titled Kuchi Kuchi Hota Hai, the film will be an animated one wherein the central characters of Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukherjee will be played by dogs. Johar’s assistant Tarun Mansukhani will wear the director’s hat with this film.
Sources close to the development inform, “Yes, Karan is working on three films and Tarun will be engaged with great responsibility. While Kuch Kuch Hota Hai was a three hour long film, Kuchi Kuchi Hota Hai will be less than two hours in duration. He will soon begin work on it. And yes, these dogs will sing songs too.”
As if an animated Shah Rukh, Kajol and Rani were not cute enough to imagine, now we will have their animated doggy versions too. Wonder which breed each of them will belong to?
