EXCLUSIVE REVIEW BY HANUMANT BHANSALI

Shot amidst the exotic locales of Australia and New York, Love Story 2050 has been made under the banners of Baweja Movies. Directed by Harry Baweja, Love Story 2050 has been primarily made for launching his son Harman Baweja on the bigscreen. Likewise, the Harman that we see is just a replica of Hrithik Roshan and not a refreshing new talent.

There is absolutely nothing to fall in love with this Love Story set in the techy show-out of 2050. Curses and cribbing will come out of your heart for this film which deceived one and all with its promising promos. However, loyal RS readers would have been benefitted by the preview of this film which predicted the downfall of this film.

Karan (Harman Baweja) is a happy go lucky guy who leads a smart life. Sanaa (Priyanka Chopra) is a simple, shy, pretty girl who chases butterflies in the era of 21st century! However, backward we are from 2050, females of 2008 would not accept this.

The twosome fell in love and that’s where the songs start popping up like pop corns. Karan breaks down as Sanaa dies in an accident. To ease his nephew’s pain. Karan’s scientist uncle Dr Yatinder Khanna (Boman Irani) takes him to Mumbai in 2050 in his newly invented time machine.
