Shahid and Ranbir refuse to work with Amitabh
We reported a few weeks ago that Amitabh Bachchan was to play the role of Fagin to Shahid Kapur’s Oliver Twist in the Bollywood adaptation of the Dickens’ classic… but now it seems that both roles may be recast.
Producer of the film Ravi Chopra has been turned away by Shahid Kapur… who says that his role is not what he expected it to be. This made Ravi go to Ranbir Kapoor who too refused to sign up… his reason… he doesn’t want to be star alongside the legend Amitabh Bachchan at this period of his career.
Now with both Shahid and Ranbir turning the roles down, Ravi is deliberating about not casting Amitabh Bachchan in the role of Fagin. He has already approached him and Big B is willing to let this role go if that has to be.
Your thoughts and views on this… should Ravi Chopra continue with Amitabh Bachchan and cast an unknown in the role of Oliver… or should he just re-cast Amitabh with someone less poplar and keep either Shahid or Ranbir for the pivotal role of Oliver? The two reasons are simple, everyone knows that the movie will be a flop cause no bachan member movie will be a hit untill they public apologize to King Khan. as one of his fans, i did not watch a single bachan movie since Guru as the cold war was not officially! Ranbir and Shahid does not want to mess with SRK so there goes the two reasons!

dudes….it is obvious that roles are not written in the industry first….u first take the and then write the role to suit his magnanimous status….this has been the case with ravi chopra for the last 2 yrs…..that is y they do not want to act in the movies alongside him……his role in Bhoothnath was lengthened without any reason at all………..paagalon ki tarah SRK aur big B ki ladai mat khud lado…..they both are awesome people and let them fight it out for themselves……..(tho i doubt they are really fighting)

The only reason is that they both don’t want flop in their career. Big old Suck B will want to destroy both young talent because in front of him only his poor son is every thing no talent in front of him. So Big Suck B keep in mind your son only will work with u, not others.

Kajol could not refuse King Khan as she special appearance in all his movies so was Juhi and Madhuri would do it too if she did not leave in USA!. You will never see anyone in Showbiz that talks bad about King Khan, only Aamir and AB as they cant stand that a Middle class man is the biggest,best(after Dilip saab) and wealthiest Actor in Indian History!
Rotterdam consert was a hit as 25000 people showed up considering that their country play eoru2008 against germany in the quaterfinal! it is like making a consert in India/Pakistan while the both teams are playing a Cricket match against eachother and lets see hom many shows up!
