Shot amidst the exotic locales of Australia and New York, Love Story 2050 has been made under the banners of Baweja Movies. Harry Baweja directed Love Story 2050 is the launchpad for his son Harman Baweja, who is making the waves at the filmi circuit, thanks to his Hrithik-like looks and killing dance moves.
Karan (Harman Baweja) is a happy go lucky guy who lives life kingsize with his style quotient. Sana (Priyanka Chopra) is a simple, shy, pretty girl who lives her life on simple terms. The twosome are bound to fall in love and that’s where the story moves the distance.
A journey on the time machine developed by Karan’s scientist uncle Dr Yatinder Khanna (Boman Irani) takes the enthused Karan, Sana, her younger brother and sister to Mumbai in 2050.
Being ahead in time has its own consequences as mankind is likely to be under the threat of Dr Hoshi, the disastrous brain of the future. Karan also makes up with his love Sana in 2050 with the help of a femme robot QT and a cute teddy Boo who accompany Sana.
The rest of storyline depicts the way in which Karan overcomes the powers of Dr Hoshi and travels back into the present time inspite of the incessant difficulties.
