Aditya Chopra faces a battle against time
Yash Raj Films supremo Aditya Chopra is facing a battle against time to get his film released on time.
The rain in Mumbai has affected the shoot of Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi with many shots being canned as the sets have fallen. Says an onlooker, “The monsoon fury has left the place in a mess. The damages are exorbitant. As a huge part of the set was spoilt, the shoot could not occur in the last few days. Workers have been working bv continuously to restore it.”
It has been reported that the exact cost of this has gone into multiple crores and if the sets are recreated, which seems likely, then the budget of the film might break the bank. One has to keep in mind that Yash Raj Films are relying on the box office returns from this film to keep their books balanced; they have already suffered huge losses after continues flops.
The film will see Shah Rukh Khan being paired opposite a hot new 17 year old Punjabi actress. Film was scheduled for release on Eid in December, but this now looks unlikely.

Is Aditya making excuses becoz he doesnt want to release his film against Aamir’s film Ghajni? (it looks like it cause there arent many reports about “these so called damages” happening on the Yash Raj sets, or maybe they are the ones who are causing the damages and are just blaming on the weather
- so now they can have an excuse to postpone the movie)
Áditya doesn’t need excuses because RDNJ will destroy Ghajni(what’s in an name). King Khan only is good enough for box-office mania, my child.
Aamir will suffer, like Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
People don’t learn their lessons well I guess. Dont battle with King Khan, you’ll loose for sure.
Sorry to burst both your bubbles, but this is not the first time that the Khans had battled against each other. In 95, both “Ramjaane” and “Akele Hum Akele Tum” was released on the same day, and they both didnt do well at the box-office. I guess the same thing will happen again
(or it might happen that both these movies with be blockbusters like what happened when TZP+Welcome or Lagaan+Gadar or Dil+Gayal released on the same day)

Khan. He brought down Sanjay leela bhansali and made sure that he

According to reports, Ghajni has been postponed since Aamir has injured himself while doing the stunts (i guess he wanted to make the movie more real-life if he did the stunts himself, instead of using a stuntman)
About SRK not being defeated, well, there is always a first time, so dont count your chickens before they hatch
No, i dont think Aamir loves his career, otherwise he would have rejected Lagaan like SRK did— but, he did it, and got an Oscar Nomination as well (while SRK wanted to his usual “Rahul” routine in K3G)… Instead of loving his career, he loves taking risks- and that’s what makes him a good actor becoz he is singlehanded improving hindi cinema by doing different roles and providing a variety of good movies to watch
