Usually famous for his mood swings and anger fits on the sets, this wasn’t an indifferent sight at the sets of Anees Bazmee’s movie. Nana Patekar lost his temper and gave fired back at the director who was busy taking retakes after retakes to perfect a shot.
The scene required almost the entire crew and the involvement of the entire star-cast which led to goof-ups in performances by many actors during the shoot. Nana was required to keep his back to the camera while the other actors delivered their dialogues. After 10 retakes for the same scene, Nana lost his tempered and yelled “I ‘m not a prop on your sets”.
Nana got angry again in a climax shot, where he got irritated by the director’s handling of the cast. Though, the director was clueless of any such mistakes from his side. At the end, Nana left the sets being exhausted and with a shooting temperature.
The movie also stars Akshay Kumar, Anil Kapoor, Mallika Sherawat, Katrina Kaif, Feroz Khan and Paresh Rawal. After No Entry, this is the second time Bazmee is trying his hand at comedy.
