Saraswati to kill her ex-husband in Betiyaan?
Women in India are perhaps moulded differently. An Indian woman takes great pride in being the ideal daughter-sister-mother and most importantly, a wife. She can go to any extent to ensure her family’s safety & happiness. But this same loving woman is capable of cold-blooded killing if her family is under threat.
Similar is the story of Saraswati from Zee TV’s prime-time show- Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan, who was trapped in an abusive marriage and was not only burnt brutally but even framed and sent to a mental asylum by her ex-husband. She bore it all stoically and did not retaliate but when her ex-husband turned his evil sights on her sister and plotted a sinister plan to kill her, Saraswati- the meek, loving, tradition-bound woman could not bear to see her sister at risk and found the courage to stand up to this injustice and strike back at him to end this tyranny.
Will Saraswati be able to save her sister? Will she be able to put an end to this torture permanently?

As long as we know so many viewers are not not interested in watching this series since THE ORIGINAL LAXMI, TWINKLE BAJPAI has been asked to leave the drama… that was not fair with her and if ZEE thinks that people will forget the real LAXMI, TWINKLE BAJPAI, then they are not right to think so. No, the origianl one was very very cute and small, and this new laxmi, I am sorry to say, not rude to her but she is absolutely trying to copy her, and that has put us off watching this drama. Because by just copying she can’t take her place neither can she make place in viewer’s heart…These are the feelings and impressions of the viewers…Otherwise everyone has got their likes and dislikes, so, this is what my friends and friends of friends and family and at work indian drama viewers are views…..Sorry, new laxmi, we don’t hate you nor we like you in this role, and I mean role in the drama….
