Weee..I went to seee itt last nighttt…didn’t get time yesterday to post my review

I’ll start with the performances…
AB – He has the BEST face expressions…he changes ‘em so fasttt and he’s so damn good at it…He was REALLY good..I always loved him in emotional/sensitive roles..hes really good at it!! I loved the library scene about why he’s trying to get her married again..it brought tears to my eyes….
Hema Malini – Something is wrong w/ her voice? She sounds so bad.. She didn’t have much to do except dress up really well…She bored me basically every time she came on screen
Rani Mukherjee – This was probably an easy role for her cuz she didn’t have to do anything different. I still liked her tho but I wished they dressed her better first half? I know they were trying to be different with her outfits..but they did NOTtlook good on her…made her look short and fatter.. and I was not gettin’ the whole glasses matching her outfits? Her scenes w/ Salman were so cute…esp during the song ‘bawari piya ki’
John Abraham – Okay, this guy really needs to go take some acting lessons..his face expressions and dialogue delivery SUCK! He doesn’t even dance good..he only looks good. The only scene of his I liked was when he was with the lil kid..the milk scene..aww..
Salman Khan – He looked NORMAL after a very long time…he usually looks tired and bored in his movies..but in this one he didn’t..he played his part welll… And his role was longer than Johns..I thought he would die in like 20-30 mins of the movie..but he didn’t..I was glad he didn’t die early cuz I really didn’t want to watch John :
The songs were arite..I liked Keh Raha Hai, Bawari Piya Ki, and Gaa Re Mann the most..they were picturized well!
My fav scenes:
John and Salman scene with the little kid(milk related)
Rani imagining Salman and dancing with him..ahh, it was so depressing
When Rani washes off her sindoor and cries for Sallu
When the kid tells Rani where Salman went..
Bawiriii Piya Ki Song..
Library scene…
Karva Chauth Scene..both ones..the 2nd one I cried..it was just too sad
So, basically why I didn’t like this movie that much was because there was nothing new..the husband dies..wife is extremely upset..but usually the girl falls in love with someone else afterwards..the only difference was the girl’s father in law was trying to get her married in this one…same rona dhona…the ending was nothing neww…and its really hard to believe om puri changes his mind so fast..right after a 3 mins speech of AB… The movie was too long..they could’ve cut some parts..or something..I was kinda bored after 2hrss…They should’ve tried something different..I dunno what they could’ve done but people have already seen this kind of rona dhona…
