For the first time in the Hindi film indsutry, a treasure hunt has been organised by a production house for its film.
Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision and Popcorn Motion Pictures Pvt Ltd will soon launch the hunt for their latest venture Bhagam Bhag. The hunt will be organised in Mumbai, with clues scattered from Churchgate to Bandra and onward to Borivali.
The organisers have targetted 50 colleges in the city and plan to involve Mumbai’s collegians in the hunt and subsequently interested in the movie as well.
Each team will be given one set of clue chart and treasure map. They will have to solve the clues using the map as guide. When they solve the clues and reach the clue point; they must take the token and the marshal’s signs as proof. The team that is able to solve the maximum number of clues will be declared the winner in both categories, that is those hunting in fourwheelers and those on two wheellers.
The prizes will be given away by the star cast of the film, which will also be flagging off the event. The prizes include those for Best Hunting Team, Best Decorated Hunt Vehicle, Prettiest Female Hunter, Handsome Male hunter and Best Kid Hunter.
Bhagam Bhag is due for release on 22 December, 2006.
