STAR Plus has decided to axe its one time ratings winner show ‘Bhaabi’ after reports that the channel is revamping its afternoon slot.
According to TellyChakkar, ‘Bhaabhi’ currently in its seventh year may soon shut down and either Shobhana Desai’s ‘Hamari Devrani’ or Shreya Creations’ ‘Jaha Pe Basera Ho’ will replace it.
When contacted, Prem Kamath chose to take no comments stance. He said, “We can’t talk on it right now. We will hold a press conference where we will announce everything.”
Though a source from the show informs, “The show is going off-air after May ends. We are very disappointed as the show was doing well.”
