Actingwise, Aman Siddqui is natural. His unrefined attitude glows onscreen and manages to extract a wonderful performance from the budding artiste. Amitabh Bachchan shows his class yet again in Bhootnath. Shah Rukh Khan is brilliant in his cameo.
Juhi Chawla is good. Satish Shah plays the comic part well. Rajpal Yadav is restricted. Priyanshu Chatterjee as Kailashnath’s son is good in his brief role.
Overall, Bhootnath promises something for the entire family. A film that the children will enjoy, adults will applause and critics will give a standing ovation to the debutant director for his art of storytelling.
