Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan agreed to star in Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s Idiot only if he was to get 40% of the film’s total profit.
According to a source, Aamir insisted on the deal on the basis of all of his films becoming Box Office hits since 2000, therefore he was a feasible actor for the role. Apart from the 40%, Aamir is also going to get Rs 5 crore for the acting fee.
Idiot will also star Kareena Kapoor after first choice Kajol refused the role because she didn’t like the character to be portrayed.
