The casting looks perfect on the greener side but the script is let loose on the yellow side. The writing is full of flaws and there are no reasons for things to happen. The sequences moves asynchronously in a randomized manner.
Its nice to test the intelligence of the viewers but not to an extent where they start calling the direction a platter of nonsense. The screenplay is good in the beginning where the characters are set but the intrests lasts for hardly 15 minutes. The climax is the strange…abruptly strange.
Sohail Sen and Shibani Kashyap’s music is nothing unusual but goes with feverish pace of the narration.
Actingwise, Kay Kay has been whacked out. Manisha Koirala looks gigantic with his physique. Parvin Dabas is I-come-I-go .
The saviours are Ranvir Shorey, Sonali Kulkarni, Rituparna Sengupta and Ankur Khanna.
On the whole, Sirf does not look good on the greener side and that’s where it was meant to be without the weak script. Better off it!
