Iv seen these pics before – they’re from an old fashion shoot back when Deepika and Upen were models. So i think calling them pictures of her in bed with Upen is incorrect, as they’re not in bed – they’re posing for a fashion shoot. Also almost all mainstream bollywood actors and actresses have done these kinds of poses for photoshoots or film publicity before anyway, so she’s hardly done anything new or shocking
