Unlike her other bong co-stars, Bipasha Basu has never acted in any of the Bengali movies before. The sensuous Bipasha has made her own identity as far as Hindi cinema is concerned. Now, the sultry actress has shown some leaning towards the regional cinema as well.
Bips, who has acted in a Telegu movie opposite Tamil star Mahesh Babu and done many cameos in Tamil films, now wants to do a Bengali film for a change. Bipasha feels that doing a film in her own mother tongue would be like returning to her roots. Her interest in regional films has drawn her close to home. Doing a regional cinema can obviously get easier, if done in a language one understands.
In Dhoom 2, Bips had a couple of dialogues in Bengali. But, it seems like her appetite for Bengali cinema has increased. So, we might soon see the sexy Bips in a full-fledged Bengali movie. Oorhi baba!
