Phatte (Singer: Adnan Sami, Sunidhi Chauhan)
Rating: 3/10
The basic aspect of playback singing is that the singer’s voice should compliment the actor’s personality but here, Adnan Sami does not even close to Ajay Devgan’s image. This will be really tough for the actor to carry off such a heavy voice. And in Phatte, the duo of Adnan and Sunidhi go completely crazy over the elite tune of Vishal Bhardwaj. The complete composition is horrendous and nothing else.

Dil Dhakda Hai (Singer: Adnan Sami, Shreya Ghoshal)
Rating: 4/10
Words like Dhakda instead of Dhadka , and Lafda are the highlight of this track. The song is narrative and overtly filmy. The melodic mood will missed in this romantic film with songs like these making a dry impression.

U Me Aur Hum – Part 2 (Singer: Vishal Bhardwaj)
Rating: 6/10
Vishal Bhardwaj grabs the mike for the first time in the second version of U Me Aur Hum. Surprisingly, the composer manages to pull it off (more to sound technology than his original voice!) and give a better track towards the end. The guitar and piano strokes in the backdrop just make the listening experience worthwhile.
