Sexy Mallika to play companion of Jesus
Bollywood’s sexy starlet Mallika Sherawat has bagged herself a top-notch role in a big budget Hollywood flick.
She will play the role of Saraswati in The Aquarian Gospel, an epic story about the missing years of Jesus Christ’s life, where he travelled from Israel through to India. During his journey, Jesus encountered many people of different faiths, including Hinduism.
Mallika is excited about landing this plum role and is relishing the challenge of bringing Saraswathi to life. After doing herself injustice in Jackie Chan’s The Myth, Mallika will now be hoping to prove that she does have the talent (and of course the looks) to make it in Hollywood.
What are your thoughts on this unusual casting… do you believe that Mallika Sherawat is the right actress to play such a role in a film that will indeed be very sensitive and provoke immense debate?
