Akbar all set to beat Om in America
Jodhaa Akbar is on it’s way to become the biggest Bollywood hit ever, in the USA.
It has already achieved the highest ever opening for a Bollywood film, second only to last year’s Om Shanti Om. Collecting $1,602,356 in it’s first weekend, compared to Om Shanti Om’s $1,764,131.
The film could well surpass Om Shanti Om’s record collections of $3,597,372, as it is getting good reviews in the US press.
