Sarkar Raaj, a sequel to Sarkar, directed by Ram Gopal Varma will not release this year.
Sources say that the film is stuck between a legal battle between Varma and music company T-series, which claims at owning the audio-video rights of the film.
Varma has registered an FIR against T-series alleging that the latter forged contract papers and also met officers at the Economic Offences Wing of the Mumbai crime branch on February 8.
In retaliation, T-Series has filed a suit against Varma in the civil court at Noida.
