Chaos on the sets of Lil Champs
There is outcry all over India, after a popular contestant on a talent show was eliminated.
The rest of this article includes spoilers which you may want to avoid.
10-year-old Aamir Hafiz, who was leading the pack of youngsters on Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Lil Champs last week, has been voted out of the show. His elder brother Firoz has blamed the channel (Zee) for indulging in unfair practices. He has stated that Aamir has been deliberately been eliminated because he belongs to a minority community.
He continued to say that Zee do not want a member of the Muslim community to win the show.
Aamir’s brother and uncle then went onto cause chaos on the sets of the show, claiming that Aamir was a much better singer than the others.
Zee executive vice-president Aashish Kaul expressed that anger and upset usually happens when people are eliminated.
Aamir has been a sensation, since he has been on the show, even managing to grab a playback deal with Om Shanti Om composers Vishal-Shehkar.
What are your thoughts on this… do you believe that Aamir’s brother is telling the truth and Zee have played unfair to the contestant? Was he eliminated because of being a Muslim? This zeetv show is shit from the beginning and they planned the winner from day 1!Zeetv did not expect
that this kid would already get an offer from vishal-shekhar at age 10 and their”winner”was not that good
so they felt that this kid had to be downed so they told their Workers(sonu,suresh and Aditya)to criticize
him since then!The funny part is he lost to a people who was singing so easy songs and still got an A+ where
Aamir did not got A+ since he got the offer!Zeetv is taking india back to ignorance (Racism).So thanks Zeetv for being fair!
aamir and his family are a disgraced. zee tv gave aamir a chance and made him famous and after all that his stupid brother comes up with all this crap about minority shit why cant he face up to it that his brother is a shit singer. jeeeez man grow up!!!

Why to do this, last time the same thing happened on ZEE TV, when AMANAT ALI came from Pakistan and he was internationally favourite, but what happened, you all know guys? Even we have heard from india’s media or somewhere it said that ……..had cut his thousands of votes. So, if they can’t be honest and large hearted then why do they hold the shows? We haven’t got any complaint from the public, or media loves the truth, and they did support and they have been always nice to either X Y Z, but this is just the channel or don’t know who?
There are people who would have called it a sham, unless Aamir had won, these people need to look at their intolerance. Aamir continuously missed words and he does not have the cuteness Tanmay has, so when viewers vote, even though there are many people biased FOR AAMIR, he did not get enough votes. The religion argument was sickening, I hope they dont let him on the final. Its people like his brother and uncle that ignite fires. The whole “ghareeb” argument was also tasteless. Compare that to Rohit going out with honor.
On a purely musical note, Tanmay’s knowledge of the raag’s is amazing and sonu and wadkar understand this.
And Saima, no newspaper or anyone published about Zee cutting votes for Amanat, so stop fabricating lies. And I sure as hell would like to see a Pakistani vote for an Indian for anything, so Amanat getting that far is a great display of Indian acceptance.
When tanmay is singing Sonu and sutesh are smiling cause he is so cute but i forgot i thought shis show was for talented singer!stupid me!
Rohan does not have a tiny power in his voice,Anamika does not have rhythm and tanmay,everyone knows that he should be out in top 10!

The Judges(Suresh Ji and Sonu Ji) should give a chance to Aamir Haffiz, because this type of competition, a little boy should get the chance again.
Aamir Haffiz have the fabulous and extraordinary voice and he have the better expressions.
We think, Aamir Haffiz should get another chance before FINAL SELECTION with the THREE FINALISTS.
Please consider Aamir Haffiz for singing again in this TRACK of FINALIST of LITTLE CHAMPS.
I am Anuska Gupta, 23yrs. from ORISSA. I am a regular viewers of LittleChamps on ZEE.
On Friday night, Aamir Haffiz out of this Little Champs. This is not a FAIR decision by the Hon’ble two Judges. Aamir Haffiz is a good singer and he has already proved his singing style and have a extra-fabulour VOICE.
The Judges do not believe on the VOTES from public from SEMI-FINAL Round. The Judges should depend on their own views from Semi-Final round.
Because a good singer like Aamir Haffiz, can not disqualified by public votings. Aamir Haffiz, a calm and sentimental boy.
I have already read Aamir Haffiz’s face that he is a sentimental boy.
Aamir Haffiz is also a poor boy from Muslim family. When a Poor Boy disqualified by PublicVote, this is not FAIR.
We think, Aamir Haffiz is the WINNER of this LittleChamp.
We are shocked and suggest that the Judges should CALL AAMIR HAFFIZ FOR ANOTHER CHANCE BEFORE FINAL.
PLEASE DO NOT FEEL BETWEEN A HINDU AND MUSLIM ETC.
Please give a CHANCE TO AAMIR HAFFIZ, SIR.

I am a resident of Chicago( originally from Hyderabad India, Aim ande manchiga unnawa? Hyderabad. I did my Masters in Engineering from Osmania at Hyderbad, when there was only 2 Govt colleges, now I believe there are 40) for last 25 years. I watch intoxicating singing talent like religion.
I have seen a few gifted singers . Aamer is one among them. He is a God gifted singer not learned one like Suresh, and strugling one like Sonu for every difficult note. At this point the young kid at age 10 can sing better than professionals in parts, forgetting words for a 10 year old is not a disqualification. Professional singers sing in many parts with all that electronic voice processing. Sharukhan once claimed that he is a learned actor not God gifted one. He mentioned Kajol as natural Gifted actor.
The behavier of Hafiz family cannot be excused. But damn it, this is a singing competition not a acting show, or dancing and comedy for that matter.
The biggest jokers are the judges. We desreve the
right to listen to good singers. In case of Lorya
it was one computor one vote as stated by this little Aditya, who talks nonsense all the time, he thinks that he has fooled the whole world . (It is time to hire a mature one.)
One phone I hope should vote only once or may be less. Loriyas dads money must be refunded, as it served no purpose.
Himesh Rashmaiyah requested the audience to make six
votes each day and every day for that matter.
I think ZTV is succesful enough to make good money by tv commecials alone . Voting money may be a very small amount of business. The sacrifice of the families bringing their children for competition is huge. I dn`t know how they could miss so much of school and the additional expense in th expensive city.

very few people can sing as evidenced in these reality shows. Are these the only few good singers India can produce out of a billion. This proves that man is designed by nature to have few vocal chords and litle control. Most of the development is linguistic ie outer part of the mouth.
Practice makes perfect ony for those who have a good controllable throught, People with little control , how much they try( like myself )cannot sing.The improvements are are very slow and the person struggles all the time.
This reminds me of one kid, 12 years old can sing Ghazals comptent or better than Bagum Akhthar who is considerd Ghazal Queen.His name is MADaN, LATER THEY CALLED HIM mASTER MADAN. tHIS MEANS USTAD MADAN NOT KID MADAT. He died mysteriously at the age 0f 12.
TALANT LIKE AMAR IS THE TREASURE OF NATION AND IT SHOULD NOT BE WASTED UNDER POVERTY.hE SHOULD BE IMPARTED ALL THE KNOWLEDGE OF OUR INDIAN HERITAGE, HE WILL GLORIIFY INDIAN MUSIC. bECAUSE OF THIS REASON MANY PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD OFFER HNOT TO MENTION HIS FAMILY BACKGROUND HELPED A LOT IN NURTURING THIS AMAZINGLY BRILLIANT SINGER.
ART LIKE SPORTS AND SINGING HAVE NO BORDERS. A GREAT UNITING FORCE FOR NATIONS, PLEASE DONT TAINT IT. ZTV I am sure have have good intentions

Another pont. Aamer looks like a very sensable boy for his age and should not be penalized by his family`s behavior. I would like to hear him sing one last time in the finals. He is very electrifying
factor to the show.
It is a shame that stablished people in th bOLLYWOOD INDUSTRY PROMOTE THEIR CHILDREN TO BE NEXT GENERATION OF ARTISTS. tHEY DONT UNDERSTAN THAT ART COMES BY BIRTH NOT BY DEVICE.

Aamir Definitely should not have been out. I had great respect for Suresh (judge) which dwindled as Suresh also purposely critisized Aamir to make him look not very good to justify his elimination. Never expected such mediocrity from Suresh. Pl. Suresh, when people like you are around, every effort has to be taken to rise above mediocrity. You greatly disappointed people like us…
Aamir sings well. He has great voice. He deserves to be in..
well i certainly believe that aamir hafiz exit from the show is not at all biassed and there is no point in arguing that from which community did he belong , and for all those people who are blaming zee for it then for their kind information 3 out of 2 final contestent from the show saregamapa challenge 2007 were muslims ( amanat ali and raja hasan ) , and i feel that aamir hafiz should have been voted out earlier then vasundhra and whatever his family person did , that clearly showed their cheap mentality , this is a sheer shame.

There is no need to mention how great singer is Aamir. Any music lovers will thank God for the presence of such a singing gift in a 10 year old child, may God bless him. I’m living in USA and I saw his elimination episode. Despite that I sincerely believe that he is the best voice among the contestants, I think that his family should not react in that way. Althugh his brother comment about that episode where the elimination was cancelled was correct. However, Aamir does not need lil champ title, he’s bigger than that.
With regards to the judjes one word to say about Sonu Nigam (whome I used to like)which is …..ethicless.
The way that all of a sudden you started to scold that littel boy lately was very obvious for every body who is having eyes. Shame on you this is simply because in India you can try to kill children spirits and no one will talk about it but if you were here in America, what you did to this boy with your unprofessional comments is considered a kind of child abuse. I really feel sorry for your son.
I lost all my respect for you. I would not deny that you were my favourite indian singer, but now I can’t stand your voice as it reminds me of your bad manner which reflects your nusty personality.
