Sonu Niigaam is about to get a massive Rs 7 crore for his all new deal with HMV Sa Re Ga Ma, ending his 16-year-old affiliation with T-Series.
Sonu says, “I have reached a point where I can choose the people I want to work with. I needed a company as committed and confident of my product. The people at T-Series are cut- throat businessmen and I am an artiste. We do love each other (because of the late Gulshan Kumar who launched him) but I don’t expect more!”
Some reports have said that Sonu has ditched T-Series because of them giving more prominence to Himesh Reshammiya.
