The ongoing year 2006 has been superb for the actress since she signed two mammoth projects – Dharmesh Darshan’s Aap Ki Khatir and Farhan Akhtar’s Honeymoon Tarvels (Pvt) Ltd. ‘Aap Ki Khatir’ is out in theaters now whereas ‘Honeymoon Travels (Pvt) Ltd is yet to come out. She has been in news very positively about these two projects. And the fact is vivid that Amisha has always fectched positive words and applauds from the media and the critics. The actress with a good attitude looks very happy about her rapid success graph. And why shouldn’t she be… since she has potential to make it big in Bollywood. Her new avatar makes her more gorgeous and heart-hitting. She is sporting a new look as she has toned her body that makes her svelte and shapely.
As Zoya Akhtar’s production, ‘Honeymoon Travels (Pvt) Ltd is near to ignite the screens, Amisha is also all set to make an announcement very soon about her two other major projects.
About the recent news for her fracas at the airport, Amisha is pretty miffed with the entire episode. Says she, “Being a frequent flier I deserve at least respect as a passenger. I am shocked with what has happened. They have blown this entire issue out of proportion. All my life I have been traveling for my educational and professional reasons but have not encountered such incidents. I have lived my life with dignity and don’t need to threaten people as alleged.”
Recently she attended the prestigious FIA India Day Parade in New Jersey, N.Y. About that she chips in , “It’s an honour to be the grand marshal of the parade. Previous grand marshals have included Raj Kapoor, Sridevi, Govinda and superstars like Dilip Kumar and Shahrukh Khan. I am truly honoured”
