Alka rants about wrong winner for award
Bollywood singer Alka Yagnik took out her frustration on the thousands of people that voted for the ‘wrong’ winner at the Max Stardust Awards.
Alka Yagnik and Pritam were put in place as judges for the New Musical Sensation category, for which the award went to Krishna for singing Maula Mere from Chak De India, and there choice was Shail who sang the Saawariya title song. Alka was displeased that the public voted for Krishna, but went along with them. She ranted about this on-stage and in front of Krishna.
Krishna came on stage to collect the award and politely said, “I hope to be Alkaji’s choice next time.
