Cinemax, the hub for quality entertainment, confirmed yet once again that the multiplex chain is just an enthusiastic about promoting regional cinema as it is mainstream Hindi. The lavish property at Versova opened doors for a Punjabi Film ” Yaariyan” and hosted a grand premiere for the upcoming release. The ‘Punjab-Da-Puttar’ – Gurdas Maan and the ‘Soni Kuddi’ – Bhumika Chawla walked in graciously for the first showing of their film, followed by a string of celebrities both from the Hindi Film Fraternity as well as the Punjabi Film Industry.
With the Punjabi Movie Industry generating various blockbusters and hits in the country, Cinemax took up the initiative to provide the much needed recognition to these films. The stars of the movie seemed elated with the luxurious settings the theatre offered. With this film, Cinemax have raised standards of promoting regional cinema.
