~ Cinemax premieres Nagesh Kuknoor’s light hearted romantic comedy film ~
Mumbai, January 17, 2008: Cinemax rolled out its red carpet to premiere one of the wackiest romantic comedies of the season “BOMBAY TO BANGKOK” on Jan 17, ‘08. Cinemax’s Versova property was a fun place to be at, on the night of the premiere, with celebrities like Subhash Ghai, Nagesh Kuknoor, the lead pair Shreyas Talpade and Thai actress Lena Christensen, adding the glam quotient to the night.
Nagesh Kukunoor is the writer of the light hearted, cross cultural romantic comedy “BOMBAY TO BANGKOK”. And the timing couldn’t have been more perfect for him – after the intensity of a Dor, Bombay to Bangkok was just what the bright Nagesh needed to display his versatility. As the director, he has plunged into the film with maniac enthusiasm to capture the fun of romance. With two people not being able to communicate, the film explores the joy of learning a new culture and its people in a humorous way.
