Ajay Devgan starrer Halla Bol has clearly emerged as the first debacle of 2008 with collections falling on the very second day of the release.

The Raj Kumar Santoshi film took a decent first day opening at 70% in Mumbai circles but the collections in cinemas in Mumbai dropped to as low as 42 percent.

It is rare for a Ajay Devgan flick to fall flat on the box office but the graph of Halla Bol is falling steeply, making it the first mainstream commercial flop of the year.
