BOLLYWOOD ADDED TO DICTIONARY
It is all official now

Amitabh Bachchan didn't like it. Neither did a lot of stars. But now, whether they like it or not, they have to accept the word.

We are talking about Bollywood here. And the name is now official with the Oxford English Dictionary adding the word Bollywood to its pages.

Describing Bollywood as a cultural icon, Michael Profit, Principal Editor, New Words, OED has actually called it, "the Indian version of the US film industry," while added it to the dictionary.

Though many would feel this name will make Bollywood lose its real identity of being one of the greatest generator of films, one is sure that the positive side means that Bollywood definitely has something official about it!

Also, Manchester United football player David Beckham and his wife Victoria Beckham from the Spice Girls, have made it into the Dictionary as the word Posh and Becks, didn't Bollywood deserve it too.
