ZEE CINE AWARDS 2004!
Robeel Haq Comments On Ceremony...

With Bollywood already overdosed in award ceremonies, The Zee Cine Awards 2004 tried to separate itself from the crowd this year by holding its ceremony in Dubai.

The hosts for the evening were director Karan Johar and actress Juhi Chawla. Once again Koi Mil Gaya was the big winner of the night, scooping the awards for Best Film, Best Actor (Hrithik Roshan) and Best Director (Rakesh Roshan). The Best Actress award was handed over to Urmila Matondkar for her fantastic performance in Bhoot, whilst Preity Zinta picked up the Female Superstar Of 2004 award.

The Dubai crowd certainly helped make the event memorable and seemed to enjoy every minute of the function, including performances by the likes of Lara Dutta, Saif Ali Khan and not forgetting Shah Rukh Khan, who also won the Male Superstar of 2004.

Thirty-two winners in various categories were selected through a broad voting process that included ballots cast by Zee Network's 250 million viewers worldwide.
