1) Ishq Kabhi Kariyo Na (Sunidhi Chauhan)
A fast paced track, “Ishq Kabhi Kariyo Na” begins the soundtrack. Sunidhi hits the hearts with another great rendition. Written expertly by Dev Kohli, this techno track has electrifying music by Anand Raj Anand. The video features the dusky Sameera Reddy. This is a pretty good, active start to the album!
Rating: 8/10

2) Ishq Na Kariyo (Sukhwinder Singh)
Sukhwinder Singh rocks in the number “Ishq Na Kariyo”. The lyrics are effective so is the music by Anand Raj Anand. The song makes a good hearing.
Rating: 7.5/10

3) Rabba – Lounge Version (Richa Sharma)
Lets hope the listener likes this song - “Rabba” appears four times on the album! The lounge version is sung in haunting-soulful vocals by the classy vocalist, Richa Sharma who always delivers the goods with aplomb. The song talks about pain, but seems different from the routine sad songs. Dev Kohli deserves applause for his lyrics, which get some catchy tunes from Anand Raj Anand’s music bank. Overall this version catches on yout attention instantly and you can even enjoy the sad mood while being with it.
Rating: 7.5/10

4) Rabba – Techno Version (Richa Sharma)
Richa Sharma appears again with the techno version “Rabba”. She sings it with ease but unfortunately does not sound good here. The lyrics and music are just about okay. This hip-hop number can only grow with the youngsters.
Rating: 2.5/10

5) Rabba – Sufi version (Krishna)
Krishna renders the sufi version of “Rabba”. He does deliever good vocals, but without an real spark. The lyrics penned by the duo of Kumar and Dev Kohli are okay. The music by Anand Raj Anand copes well with the mood of the song.
Rating: 6/10

6) Rabba – Fourth Version (Sukhwinder Singh)
Getting tired of the song yet? We are! Sukhwinder Singh catches the rhythm pretty well with the fourth version of “Rabba”. The lyrics and music go well with the song....but enough is enough!
Rating: 7/10

7) Phir Na Kahna (Kumar Sanu and Sunidhi Chauhan)
The album now turns towards a love song. The romantic duet “Phir Na Kahna” delivered by Kumar Sanu and Sunidhi Chauhan features melodious vocals of the singers but suffers from ordinary lyrics and routine music. Its alright for one or two listens, but then the appeal goes.
Rating: 5.5/10

8) Door Se Paas (KK)
KK sings a dance number “Door Se Paas” but unfortunately for his fans, cannot spell magic with his rendition. The music, scored by Vishal-Shekhar does raise the spirits but overall the song goes astray due to poorly rendered vocals.
Rating: 2/10

9) Tez Dhar - Regular Version (Sanjay Dutt)
“Tez Dhar” appears in two versions – “regular and techno”. The regular version features Sanjay Dutt singing in his usual amateurish style with dialogues. Apart from his inexperienced singing, his fans always like to hear him. The song gels well with the hoi polloi listeners.
Rating: 6/10

10) Tez Dhar – Techno Version
The techno version sounds just okay.
Rating: 3/10

11) Ek Dil Ne (Shreya Ghoshal and Kunal Ganjawala)
After hearing the rocking tracks, you are invited to relax with a melodious song, “Ek Dil Ne” sung delicately by the excellent singers Shreya Ghoshal and Kunal Ganjawala. The lyrics and music capture your attention as well. The number is a tender treat for the ears.
Rating: 8/10

12) Suno Suniyo (Hema Sardesai)
Hema Sardesai bags an item number, “Suno Suniyo”, which she renders competently as usual. This foot-tapping song displays a good piece of electrifying music that sends cool energy in body. The lyrics too try to be with the music accordingly. The track is ofcourse lively in entirety.
Rating: 7.5/10

13) Saaki (Sukhwinder Singh and Sunidhi Chauhan)
The album ends up with a song that sounds like “Ishq Sumandar” from “Kaante”. The track, which is sung brilliantly by the singers, makes your mood happy with the active beats. The lyrics too are energetic. Sanjay Dutt with sultry Koena Mitra help the video look more stunning. The song has potential to be a hit like “Ishq Sumandar”.
Rating: 8/10

Overall:
“Musafir” is laced with rocking numbers mainly, but also features some tender music to soothe the ears. Overall this album, because of the down market songs, becomes an average effort. Nevertheless, Musafir will surely hit huge sales due to the heavy publicity.
Overall Rating: 6.5/10
