INTRODUCTION:
A Bharat Shah’s presentation, Fight Club is Sohail Khan’s production after last year’s hit comedy, ‘Maine Pyar Kyon Kiya’. The flick features a horde of stars from Suniel Shetty, Zayed Khan, Ritesh Deshmukh, Sohail Khan, Dino Morea, Aashish Choudhary, Ashmit Patel, Yash Tonk, Rahul Dev, Diya Mirza, Neha Dhupia to Amrita Arora. The movie carries the debutante director Vicky Chopra to begin his journey with. Growing musician Pritam (Dhoom & Chocolate fame) stockiles the tunes on the lyrics of Mayur Puri and Neelesh Misra.

1) Yeh Khuda (KK)
‘Fight Club’ opens with ‘Yeh Khuda’ that consists of an English rap by Indee. Electrifying vocalist KK renders the song that has a western feel attached to it. KK sings it with brilliance. An unknown female voice travels throughout the track in the background and sounds nice. Mayur Puri’s lyrics hold values and Pritam’s composition goes well as well. A good opening.
Rating: 7.5/10

2) Yeh Khuda – Remix Version
The remix version acts the job pretty well.
Rating: 7/10

3) Chhore Ki Baatein (Amit Kumar and Shweta Pandit)
You must have heard ‘Channo Ki Aankh Mein Ek Nasha Hai’ sung by famous Pakistani singer Ali Zafar in his album ‘Huqa Paani’. ‘Chhore Ki Baatein’ is an apt shade of the same since the track has been reworded and rearranged but the due credit has been given to Ali Zafar. A fully electrifying and boisterous number, it brings back the great singer Amit Kumar to do the honors with music scene once again after a hiatus. Amit warbles the lines in utterly high-pitched style whereas the fellow vocalist Shweta Pandit impresses with her naughty singing. Mayur Puri depicts the pen’s worth through the lyrics and Pritam energizes the souls with the musical score. The track has been making waves on all the stallite channels presently featuring dashing Dino Morea and sex bombshell Amrita Arora shaking the hips and whole body to the electric tunes. The exotic locales and blue water look very eye-catchy. The number is already topping the charts.
Rating: 8/10

4) Chhore Ki Baatein – Remix Version
The remix version doesn’t spoil the impact and allures you in full like the original and you love to dance with the beats.
Rating: 7.5/10

5) Joshile Java Ho (Shweta Pandit)
Shweta Pandit fetches a solo to display her histrionics. ‘Joshile Java Ho’ immediately reminds you ‘Mummy Ko Nahi Hai Pata’ (Pritam’s own composition of Chocolate) since the tunes carry the same pattern but ‘Joshile Java Ho’ lacks in the energy level that ‘Mummy Ko Nahi’ has in abundant, which is why that was a bigger hit amongst the cinegoers and music buffs. Lyrically and musically, the song is okay.
Rating: 4/10

6) Joshile Java Ho – Repeat Version (Shweta Pandit)
The track is repeated on the list and you start wondering what is the reason of repeating this number since it hold no worth at all? Perhaps, Pritam knows it better……?
Rating: 2/10

7) Bolo Na Tum Zara (Shaan and Shreya Ghoshal)
Shaan and Shreya Ghoshal rope in to deliver the lines of ‘Bolo Na Tum Zara’, which they do with the much gusto. The romantic number features the lyrics of Neelesh Mishra that are written creatively. The saccharine number carries the soft tunes to enjoy with. Yes, after the energetic tracks, one loves to relax with a spongy composition.
Rating: 8.5/10

8) Bolo Na Tum Zara – Remix Version
The remix version winds up the journey but this one is mediocre and you want to go back to the original to entice the mood.
Rating: 3/10

Overall:

Fight Club is an above average fare. ‘Chhore Ki Baatein’, ‘Yeh Khuda’ and ‘Bolo Na Tum’ are the tracks, one would love to repeat on the player…rest comes and goes.
Overall Rating: 6.5/10
